By using the Amora Funeraria Services and Packages Request System, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the system.
- Service Description
The system allows users to request funeral services and packages, track the status of service requests, communicate with administrators for inquiries, and access transaction history for reference. Additionally, users can settle remaining balances through the system, subject to approval by the admin or manager.
- User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when making requests. They are expected to respect system rules, avoid unauthorized access, and refrain from using the system for fraudulent activities. Users are also responsible for settling any remaining balances through the system as approved by the admin or manager. Failure to do so may result in legal action or service restrictions.
- Admin Responsibilities
Administrators are responsible for managing service requests, updating service statuses, and responding to user inquiries in a timely manner. They must also maintain the security and integrity of user data and approve payment transactions for remaining balances.
- Limitations
The system does not process initial payments. Availability of services is subject to staff and resource limitations. Users are responsible for ensuring their internet connection for system access.
- Data Privacy
All user data is protected and used solely for service purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties without user consent.
- System Downtime and Maintenance
The system may undergo scheduled maintenance, during which access may be limited. We will provide prior notice for such events whenever possible.
- Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the system after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
